1. Set clear and realistic goals:
We are all on our own journeys and are all at different stages. Do not look at what others are doing and compare. Set realistic, maintainable goals that you will be able to do consistently for 30 days.

2. Prioritise Consistency:
This is the key to any success with a better body and mind. Develop a workout schedule that fits into your daily routine and stick to it. Even on days when motivation is low, remind yourself of your goals and push through.
Remember it is funny how you can show up for other people every single day even when we don't want to but somehow we manage to let ourselves down. Why is that?
Do not let that be you, and have more respect for yourself and your goals.
3. Incorporate Strength Training: Include strength training in your workout routine at least 3-4 times a week.
Lifting weights helps build muscle, boost metabolism, and burn fat more effectively than cardio alone.
Focus on compound exercises like squats, deadlifts, bench presses, and rows, which work multiple muscle groups simultaneously, this is not just for aesthetic but it is also so important to prevent injury and help with longevity.
4. Eat Nutritious Whole Foods:
Your diet plays a crucial role in sculpting your body and mind. This dictates your energy levels and can even lead to feeling more motivated.
5. Stay Hydrated: Hydration is essential for optimal performance and recovery. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep your body functioning properly. Dehydration can lead to fatigue, muscle cramps, and decreased exercise performance.
Aim for at least 8-10 glasses of water daily, more if you're engaging in intense workouts.
6. Get Adequate Rest and Recovery: Rest and recovery are just as important as your workouts.
Ensure you get 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night to allow your muscles to repair and grow.
Incorporate rest days into your fitness routine to prevent burnout and reduce the risk of injury.
