Avoid anything overly foamy, highly fragranced, or "deep cleansing" — they often do more harm than good. Your skin barrier needs support, not stripping.

Your skin’s ability to recover and regulate oil depends on hydration. Drink water consistently and don’t skip skin-loving products post-training.
